Triumph Bonneville description

1971 Triumph Bonneville T120 R match engine . I took this bike in partial trade on a 1951 Chevy pickup that I had. the guy I got it from said it's been sitting in his garage  for a few years and it was rebuilt before he got it. I did put some fresh gas in it kicked it about 8 times and it started right up .I had to hold the choke on a little bit for it to stay running so I'm sure the carburetors need to be cleaned up .engine sounded real good cool bike tires are all good bike really needs a good cleaning and detail. Maybe  a nice paint job. Mileage shows 2800 miles I can not verify that so I'll sell it as tmu this bike also will be sold with a previous Connecticut registration because Connecticut does not issue titles on Vintage vehicles I had to Mark clean title for eBay because that's the only option that I could mark any questions please call or text 203-910-3018 Thanks . The 36th annual Ride for Sight fundraiser kicks off June 6-8 at the Lindsay Exhibition in Lindsay, ON., with proceeds going to support the Foundation Fighting Blindness – Canada’s largest charity supporting over $25 million in sight-saving research. Friday night, the party gets started with its first ever barn dance, complete with mechanical bull. Saturday morning at 10 am, riders depart the Lindsay Exhibition for a 90-minute motorcycle parade.

If you’re in the market for a rare vintage motorcycle, however, it may behoove you to give Tom or his brother, Ralph, an old fashion phone call. A website does exist, brimsimport.com, but its for searching the inventory of late model car and truck parts — the cash flow supporting Tom’s motorcycle obsession.

This beautifully shot short film alludes to a phrase by Robert M Pirsig, the author of Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance: "If the machine produces tranquility it's right. If it disturbs you it's wrong until either the machine or your mind is changed".  But is any Triumph single ever capable of producing a sensation of tranquility, even when it is 'right'? I suspect not...
