VINTAGE 1978 SUZUKI RM 125-- Restored to a near perfect 1977 FMF Suzuki RM 125 Factory built bike--NOS FMF Porcupine head-- Frame was powder coated gloss black--Tank is mint--NOS front number plate--All the right clips and connectors--Like new Dunlop Sport front and rear tires--NOS Cables--NOS Side covers--New fenders and seat cover from Vintage Suzuki--New Wiesco .25 size piston and ring--Motor was dis-assembled and checked for clearances- Bearings replaced--1977 Fork legs have been renewed to resemble "Simons"--New GOLD anodized rims with NOS Spokes--GOLD anodized air fork caps-Excellent pipe and silencer are both new Jemco but resemble the FMF pipe/silencer--The frame even has a perfect replicated VIN# decal to illustrate a factory produced racer--17.5" FOX shox are from Germany and are near perfect --Storage oil has been placed in motor for protection--Ride it or Show it! A nicer bloke you couldn't ever wish to meet so it’s good to see him out and about regularly on his Crescent Suzuki prepared GSXR 1000.
Yoshimura Suzuki Signs Martin Cardenas to Race AMA Superbike Championship
Tue, 22 Jan 2013Reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas has signed on to race in the AMA Superbike class for Yoshimura Suzuki. The move was rumored to be in the works for quite some time now, especially following Cardenas’ release from the final year of his contract with his former employer Team Hammer. Cardenas will return to the Superbike class this season, riding a Suzuki GSX-R1000 alongside teammate Chris Clark.

It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
