Harley-Davidson Touring description

I have a Harley Davidson Street glide with 14,000 miles, 103 engine, 6 speed, ABS, and 2 security fobs. It is Ember Red Sunglo. No deep scratches or damage. I'll sell with the front stock wheel as well as the 21inch custom wheel shown. Both tires have good tread. It has Rush slip ons with removable baffles, stage one breather, as well as a Vance & Hines fuel pak. It's lowered in the front and rear. There are lots of other extras on the bike. Great bike with no issues. Nothing wrong with it, just looking for something new. I purchased it new at The Harley Shop at the Beach in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Blue Book retail value is $18,110... reserve is well below that.  There is still a lien on the bike, but I can provide you with a SC bill of Sale and copy of the SC title if you win the auction.  This would be what you need to get financed through most banks.  No shipping, but I would assist a shipping company if you set it up.  Please email any questions.  It's available to be seen most afternoons and weekends in the Myrtle Beach or Florence SC area.

Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
