Yamaha YZF description

Bike originally built for Pro rider Josh Clark out of New England area. The top end was just redone ($991) by X-Pro in Connecticut who built it originally for Clark. The motor has a ported head, decked cylinder XPro spec grind degree'd cams. Its fuel injected. Factory compression is bumped up alittle to 13:8 to 1 (compared to factory 13:5 to 1) and runs excellent on 93 pump gas.
Just installed today a new set of plastics including OEM fork guards. ( only the air duct system is original).

Bike has approx. 65 hrs total on it, 39hrs since we've owned it. Topend just done at 36hrs.

This bike looks great and flat out hauls!!! Guaranteed you won't be disappointed. Comes with the Original Yamaha Certificate of Ownership

The bike has a ton of extras on it:

FULL Yoshimura exhaust system ($650)
Pro taper bars
Enduro Engineering skidplate
Works Connection Radiator braces

Just for a moment; leading the British GP

Tue, 12 Jun 2012

Cal Crutchlow’s early exit at his home Moto GP last year meant we didn’t get to see his awesome potential at Silverstone. His two WSB race wins there in 2010 were pretty special as he dominated on the factory Yamaha R1, not least as he used some alternative lines and every inch of the track along the way. With his form matching the world's best in every event this year, on paper, this weekend should be his best chance so far to secure a podium or maybe even (making the dream come true!) take the first major class win in three decades.
