Yamaha Champions Riding School To Debut One-Day “Day Camps” This August

On August 13, the Yamaha Champions Riding School, at New Jersey Motorsports Park, will debut its new one-day clinic. In addition, YCRS will head an N2 Track Days SED or “Skills Enhancement Day” on August 12. After eight successful two-day programs in the past four months, the YCRS Day Camp is being put into play and being paired with the proven success of the N2 (formerly NESBA) SED.

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. Recall for 2009-2011 Yamaha V-Max

Yamaha is issuing a recall campaign on certain 2009-2011 V-Max power cruisers due to a potential risk of oil pump malfunction. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, abnormally high oil pressure can build up within the oil pump of certain Yamaha V-Max models. The high pressure may force the washer on the oil pump shaft against the oil pump housing, causing oil to stop pumping through the engine.
