I'm selling my 2015 Yamaha R6 Raven black edition. The bike is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures above. I put the Nada Guides value on the bike in the last picture above. The bike is valued at around $9,200 for an average retail price. I purchased it new in 2015 so I am the only owner.
Mileage: 11k (will stay where it is for now) The bike is pretty much stock except for a few aftermarket parts. Tinted windshield Fender eliminater Flush mount blinkers Ram mount (for cell phones) Also including my Icon Variant helmet ($400 value) with mirrored visor and AGV gloves with carbon knuckles. The helmet is pictured a couple times above as well. ALL maintenance has been kept up with this bike consistently. I've only ever ran premium 93 octane gasoline in it and changed oil regularly. (10w-40 full synthetic) Chain is serviced regularly as well. All of the miles were put on from commuting to work and around town. I don't ride wheelies or do any crazy stunts. The bike has been well taken care of and treated with care. Thanks for looking! |

Wayne Rainey Visits Yamaha Racing HQ
Thu, 08 Sep 2011Racing legend and three-time 500cc Grand Prix Champion Wayne Rainey paid a visit to Yamaha Motor Racing’s headquarters just outside of Milan, Italy. The 1990-1992 World Champion met with employees of Yamaha Racing, Yamaha Motor Italy and Yamaha Motor RD Europe and officially opened a new boardroom named in his honor. Rainey, along with current Yamaha factory MotoGP racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies, took time to take photographs and sign autographs with the Yamaha staff.
2013 Dakar Rally Route Announced
Thu, 22 Nov 2012The 2013 Dakar Rally will again be held in South America with event organizers announcing a new route for the 34th running of the off-road race. Now in its fifth year in Latin America, the 2013 edition of the Rally will feature a new route running from north to south, starting Jan. 5 in Lima, Peru, and ending Jan.

Fri, 24 Sep 2010THE YAMAHA YZF-R1 ridden by nine-time motorcycle world champion Valentino Rossi at the 2009 TT has gone up for sale on eBay for £25,000.The 998cc 182bhp machine was ridden by Rossi when he lapped the Isle of Man TT course during a parade lap for Yamaha and Dainese in 2009. Authenticated by Yamaha Motors UK, this unique 181-mile machine has been signed by the multiple world champ and is being sold by Oldham-based Highbarn Motorcycles. Any takers?
