2009 Yamaha Yzf-R6 , Listing my 2009 Yamaha R6r -runs great -fairing has some cosmetic damage from original owner -just over 7000 miles -slip on exhaust -fender eliminator -tail light with integrated turn signals and signal relay -flush mounted front signals -Shermoto black collapsible adjustable short levers -pro grips red/black grips -white windscreen -Pirelli tires with decent amount of tread on them -frame sliders -never stunted -clear title in hand I hate to sell, but haven't had much time to ride this season and it's just sitting in the garage. 2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 Dual Sports Announced
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha unveiled a pair of 2012 dual sport models, the Yamaha XT250 and the Yamaha TW200. Both the 2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 remain unchanged from the 2011 versions except for a new white and blue color scheme and white front fenders instead of last year’s black fenders. The XT250 is powered by an air-cooled 249cc four-stroke engine with a 33mm carburetor.
Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer
Mon, 11 Aug 2014Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.
Bruce Willis’ 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway Up for Auction
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The second of five motorcycles from the private collection of actor Bruce Willis has gone up for auction to raise funds for the non-profit military support group The Boot Campaign. Bidding is now open on CharityBuzz.com for the “Die Hard” star’s 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway. It follows Willis’ 2005 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS which sold for auction for $6,250, just a few hundred dollars higher than its list price in Kelley Blue Book.
