2007 Yamaha YZF R1 in excellent condition. there are 2 small scratches on the fairing, they are in the pictures and very minor.
Clean and clear title in hand
Under warranty till 02/2014, unlimited mileage
Bike is all stock, except for the flush mount blinkers and integrated taillight. Also has a swingarm license plate bracket.
Last service was done at 14,000 miles. This included Oil Change, New Air filter, Spark plugs and new tires front and back. This buy is turn-key ready to ride and needs nothing.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

It’s unique in that cylinders fire 90-degrees apart, allegedly enabling better grip during acceleration. A byproduct of this design is an exhaust note that is distinctive in this world of cookie-cutter designs.
