For sale is my 2007 Yamaha r1. Bike is in perfect condition. Bike is painted Dodge Viper red and black. Gold painted wheels(powder coated), H.I.D headlights, frame plugs, puig windscreen, seat cowl, carbon fiber exhaust, integrated brake and turn signal and blacked out everything(powder coated).
As I am no longer riding due to back issues, I have included everything I own for the bike. HJC helmet medium, cortech gloves medium, icon arc jacket large, front and rear bike stands, handle bar straps and battery charger. I also have original seat and rear pegs for the passenger. Jacket does have stains from dry cleaners, but still in great shape. Bike is well maintained with regular oil changes, has a kn air filter and iridium plugs. No engine work done on bike, engine is stock. I am selling the bike because no time to ride anymore and lower back pain. Bike is in great condition(see pictures) and all sales are final(no returns). Yamaha Files Patents for Leaning Three-Wheeled Electric Scooter
Fri, 29 Aug 2014Yamaha has filed a number of patents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office for an electric three-wheeled scooter. Unlike the Yamaha Tricity which has two wheels at the front and a third wheel at the rear, the patents are for a scooter with two rear wheels, each driven by an electric hub motor.
Yamaha Trademarks YZF-R3
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Yamaha has filed for a trademark with the European Union for the names “YZF-R3” and “R3“. The trademark applications were filed Jan. 6 and are still under review, but once approved, we should expect Yamaha to introduce a new YZF-R3 soon after.

Wed, 26 May 2010The Catalina Grand Prix was last run in 1958 on Santa Catalina Island, an island community situated approximately 22 miles south-southwest of greater Los Angeles. Efforts by the AMA, AMA District 37, Big6 (a smaller collection of clubs within the D-37 region) and promotional company My Cuz Vinnie Promotions LLC, have secured December 3-5, 2010 as dates for the event, with a 100-mile professional race held on the 5th. In 2008 vintage motorcycles were displayed on Crescent Ave.
