This bike is in good condition and runs great.
It has a custom muffler with awesome sound. The bike has a +2 gear change in the rear sprocket and a 520 chain. The custom muffler and chain make the bike about 20lbs lighter. The bike also has ASV brake levers, a brand new battery, a rear seat, and a racing cowl. There are two small scratches: one on right lower fender and one on the tail. The title is clean and on hand. OEMs Plug into Electric Bikes
Sat, 01 Nov 2008KTM introduced its prototype electric motorcycle earlier this week, and electric bike manufacturer Zero Motorcycles almost immediately responded by opening sales on its 2009 Zero X dirt bike (look for our review of the 2008 model next week!). But these two companies aren’t the only ones exploring the possibilities of electric-powered motorcycles. In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Daytona Results
Mon, 12 Mar 2012James Stewart gave his 2012 AMA Supercross championship hopes a much needed boost with a big win in sloppy, muddy conditions at Daytona International Speedway. Heavy rains made the Ricky Carmichael-designed track in Daytona’s tri-oval section even more difficult than the GOAT conceived, with the terrain rough, choppy and rutted. Series point leader Ryan Villopoto became an early casualty of the track conditions, sliding outon the second corner.
2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 Faces Recall for High Engine Idle
Wed, 27 Nov 2013Yamaha has initiated recalls on the 2010 R1 in several markets because of a problem with the wiring harness causing high idle speeds. As of this writing, recalls have been announce for Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. No recall has been announced for the U.S.
