2007 YAMAHA YZFR1 - Never dropped or laid down.  Great running bike, has been kept under cover outside or indoors.  The tires have good tread and will not require replacement anytime soon.  The brakes are also fairly new and will not need to be replaced any time in the near future.  Only aftermarket parts are the windscreen and the replacement of the front blinkers and a tail light blinker.  This vehicle comes with no warranty.  No trades.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.  Pricing is WAY below NADA and KBB values.  Vehicle is sold as is. Spotted the link to this short film on a Dutch blog. It's beautifully shot/directed and captures GP rider Mike Duff's recovery from a horrific hip and pelvis injury suffered at the Japanese GP which cost him a six month stay in hospital. Watching him push-start makes you wince just imagining the pain he must have been in.

Lorenzo Signs Two-Year Extension with Yamaha

Two-time MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo has signed a contract extension with Yamaha to see him race on the company’s factory team through the 2016 season. The signing comes as no real surprise, following similar two-year contract extensions for teammate Valentino Rossi and Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. Ducati also confirmed it would field Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone next season, so unless Lorenzo wanted to spend a season or two developing Suzuki‘s or Aprilia‘s new prototypes, Lorenzo’s only option for a factory ride was to re-sign with Yamaha.
