2006 YAMAHA R1 RAVEN WITH LOW MILES 3,482. THIS IS A ONE OWNER BIKE IN GREAT CONDITION, SMALL COSMETIC MODS WERE DONE, SUCH AS SLIDERS AND IMPROVED WAVE ROTORS, LICENSE PLATE RELOCATED AND STEALTH SIDE TURN SIGNALS, ECT. NO ENGINE MODS OR AFTER MARKET EXHAUST WERE EVER DONE. I HAVE NEVER DROPPED BIKE OR HAD PLASTICS REPLACED. EXTERIOR I WOULD RATE 9 OUT OF 10 WITH VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES. BIKE WAS SERVICED LAST YEAR WITH LESS THAN 300 MILES SINCE THEN, BIKE IS INSPECTED UNTIL THE END OF THIS MONTH (JUNE 2016). SELLING BIKE DO TO NO TIME TIME TO RIDE, AS YOU YOU CAN TELL BY THE LOW MILES. THIS IS A GREAT BIKE AND CAN KEEP UP WITH ANY OF THE NEW BIKES. FRONT HEADLIGHTS DUE HAVE IMPERFECTIONS DUE TO BEING PLACED TO CLOSE TO GARAGE HEATER, STEEL WORK PERFECTLY FINE ONLY COSMETIC. BIKE ALSO COMES WITH COVER AND FRONT AND REAR STANDS. 2015 Yamaha YZF-R25 Revealed for Indonesian Market
Tue, 20 May 2014Yamaha revealed the production version of its 250 sportbike, the two-cylinder YZF-R25. Manufactured in Indonesia, the R25 will first be offered in that market before being exported to other markets including other Asian countries as well as developed markets in the west. The production model stays close to the prototype R25 revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show last fall.
Yamaha, Honda Donate to Thailand Flood Relief Efforts
Thu, 20 Oct 2011Honda and Yamaha announced relief aid for the people of Thailand affected by severe flooding that has swamped large parts of the country since late July. Yamaha and its Thai subsidiaries are donating a relief package worth about 30 million yen (US$390,000) including 3,000 life jackets. Yamaha is evaluating what items to provide including outboard motors.
Spies Second at Sepang Test Day Two; Lorenzo Third
Wed, 01 Feb 2012Yamaha factory rider Ben Spies led for most to the second day of MotoGP testing at Sepang before settling for the second best lap the time sheets behind defending World Champion Casey Stoner. Spies rode 37 laps and recorded a time of 2:01.052, which stood as the fastest lap in the morning session. That time was surpassed later in the afternoon by Repsol Honda rider Stoner by 0.157 seconds.
