Yamaha YZF-R description
I am selling my 05' Yamaha R1 to anyone willing to show a little bit more attention to it than I am able to at this moment in time. If you are familiar with this design, the 05' Yamaha R1 is a bit sleeker, being that it was the last year for this design.
From 06' and on, the body type has changed to a have a bigger styled-framed bike. I've have only been able to ride for 2 summers, and I feel it may make better use in someone else's hands. The bike requires little cosmetic work, only has few visible scratches and nicks, and some bubbling in the paint, nothing too extreme. It has guard pegs on both sides to protect it from serious dips or falls. 1000cc Sports bike, Candy Apple Red, with powder coated paint, powder coated exhaust, as well as The Punisher logo on head and side fairings. There also some spikes attached to the windshield, for that extra tough look. The bike also contains custom installed lights on the sides and undercarriage of the fairings to give in a nice styled glow when cruising under darker light settings, as well as nice florescent blue headlights. It has only 3982 mi on it (original engine), which is pretty much nothing considering the year. Everything redone (oil, filters, electrical, etc, as well as a brand new battery). I prefer a cash payment of course upon seeing the vehicle, so everything may be done in one smooth transaction, but will also accept PayPal option as a choice if instead preferred. Please, serious inquires only. May call or text Tommy- (347)622-9452 |

2024 Yamaha Ténéré 700 First Ride
Wed, 13 Dec 2023Small updates keep the T7 fresh, but we're still missing out on the European variants Photos by Yamaha/Joseph Agustin Photo Yamaha’s popular Ténéré 700 “T7” adventure bike returns for 2024, and while it would be easy to say it is “largely unchanged” from the 2023 model, there have been some notable changes made in response to feedback from many North American riders. One wish still unrealized: the U.S. dealers won’t be getting the up-spec World Raid and numerous other versions of the T7 the EU enjoys - at least not this year.
$8,000 Custom ATV up for Grabs at ATV.com
Thu, 02 Jul 2009Our sister site, ATV.com, is ready to give away the Yamaha Raptor ATV they’ve been customizing over the last few weeks. They took a base Yamaha Raptor 250 valued at $4,499.00 and modified it into an $8,000 beast! Why they just don’t keep it in the office to use for coffee runs is beyond me. They’ve slapped on new air filters, mufflers, new alloy wheels, new tires, front bumper and grab bar, skid plates, nerf bars, new grips, new seat cover, new plastics, and more!
