* Great condition 2005 Yamaha YZF R-1 at 16,503 miles * Clean title * 2nd owner purchased at roughly 12,000 miles * One drop, scratches on bar end, engine bar, and engine guard from a low slide (images detail damage) * Stored in the garage year round * Sorry but I don't have the service history documentation, but any replacements or service are listed below. I have the bike go in for general inspection at the start of every riding season. * Selling because I'm looking for switching to a classic as I'm riding less aggressive these days. Day 9 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Increases Overall Lead
Tue, 14 Jan 2014The ninth stage took the field to the northernmost point of this year’s Dakar. The riders descended from yesterday’s plateau through the Atacama desert towards the Pacific Ocean. Sand and dunes challenged the athletes especially in the final third of the stage, demanding excellent navigation skills.
2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results
Mon, 24 Feb 2014KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.

Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
