* Great condition 2005 Yamaha YZF R-1 at 16,503 miles * Clean title * 2nd owner purchased at roughly 12,000 miles * One drop, scratches on bar end, engine bar, and engine guard from a low slide (images detail damage) * Stored in the garage year round * Sorry but I don't have the service history documentation, but any replacements or service are listed below. I have the bike go in for general inspection at the start of every riding season. * Selling because I'm looking for switching to a classic as I'm riding less aggressive these days. Mon, 30 Sep 2013The 2013 AMA Pro Superbike has just wrapped up its season this past weekend at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, with Josh Hayes dominating the race and his teammate, Josh Herrin, finishing second to clinch his first AMA Superbike championship. Not long after the checkered flag waved did Yamaha announce some big changes for the upcoming 2014 season. First and foremost, Herrin will be departing for Moto2 next year, fulfilling his desire to compete on the world stage.
