2002 Yamaha Yzf-R1 , super clean all white looks great great starter bike but it is super fast. Lots of extras to many to list Upgraded brakes, intake, super lightweight sprocket, racetech front fork springs, hid light kit, kevlar racing clutch fairings all good rear tail has crack underneath from stepping on it working on stuff while back, but cant notice it unless from bottom Tires are good still meaty for another season or two Everything works great lights brakes suspension etc. Trans & engine are sharp feel new smooth as ever Good starter or daily bike for someone I never use it because of work schedule working nights so someone can actually get use out of her. 2011 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike Champion Josh Hayes
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Josh Hayes has won his second consecutive AMA Superbike title, clinching the championship in a tightly contested Race One at the 2011 season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The lead changed hands several times before Hayes emerged with the win, his third of the season. The Monster Energy Graves Yamaha R1 rider was consistent all season, finishing with three wins and 12 podium finishes in 14 races, and finishing fourth in the two times he missed the podium.

The Yamaha - built by the extraordinary Kel Carruthers - that Hailwood is riding in the clip featured a unique frame with the camera housed within. The voice-over recording provided by Hailwood was done by taping a small mic to the bottom of his lip so he could dictate his guide to the 37.73 mile route.
2013 Dakar Rally Results
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Cyril Despres won his fifth career Dakar Rally while helping KTM win for the 12th consecutive time, in taking the motorcycle class in the 2013 edition of the famed off-road race. KTM was again the dominant manufacturer with the top five finishers in the motorcycle class riding motorcycles from the Austrian manufacturer. Despres finished with an overall time of 43:24:22 for the win, including a 15-minute penalty for swapping an engine after the one he was using in his KTM 450 Rallye failed.
