Yamaha YZ description

For auction is my 2014 Yamaha YZ250. This bike is in perfect condition with very low hours (under 15). Extremely clean and runs perfect. I've added a bunch of small goodies to the bike starting with a Vforce reed cage, Pro Circuit 304 Factory sound silencer, GYTR billet Clutch cover, Works Connection Radiator Braces, Works Connection Pro Clutch Perch, SDG Gripper seat and 270mm Oversized front rotor kit. The bike wasn't raced, just ridden at the practice tracks by a Vet rider. Everything on the bike straight as an arrow and in great shape. Radiators, sub-frame etc are all perfect, never been crashed minus small tip-overs. Original chain and sprockets that still have a lot of life left, so that's how little it's been ridden. I have all of the stock parts as well. No reserve
Local pickup only, I will not ship the bike. I will help deliver up to 100 miles from Northfield, MN.

Yamaha Confirms Leaning Multi-Wheeler for 2014 – Will the Tesseract Concept Finally Become Reality?

Wed, 03 Jul 2013

Yamaha confirmed it plans to introduce a new Leaning Multi-Wheeler (LMW) vehicle for 2014. An accompanying image of a test unit in camouflage reveals two closely-aligned front wheels beneath a broad fairing. The new model will be a three-wheeler similar to Piaggio‘s MP3 scooter instead of the four wheels like the Tesseract concept (pictured further below) first introduced at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show.

Yamaha Quitting World Superbike Racing After 2011 Season

Mon, 01 Aug 2011

Yamaha announced it is withdrawing its factory World Superbike Championship race team following the end of the 2011 season. The news comes as a bit of a surprise, just a week after reports the team had re-signed racer Marco Melandri for the 2012 season. On the other hand, the team has struggled to find a title sponsor this season, as has Yamaha’s MotoGP team.

California Superbike School 2-day Camp at Silverstone

Mon, 24 May 2010

California Superbike School will be running a 2-day camp at Silverstone for the first time in the UK this August, offering riders a chance to enjoy extra track time while improving their skills in the art of cornering. Taking place on the all-new South circuit (1.9 miles long with 12 turns) students can ride their own bike or hire a fully prepared 2010 Yamaha R6 with the latest Dunlop Sportsmart tyres and fuel included. Already hugely popular with students returning year after year, previously the 2-day camps have been held in Spain during the spring.
