I am the original owner of this four stroke yamaha. I bought the yz400f for $5,518 and still have the receipt (see pics). I purchased this bike to to keep up with my kids as they rode their smaller bikes. I am 45 years old with some back issues and no longer have room in my shed, so this one will go to a new lucky owner. I am a meticulous owner and take good care of my things. It is as strong as the day I bought it. Oil, Plugs, filters and fuel are changed regularly. This bike has had minimal use, I would guess less than 18 hrs. The tires are original with minimal wear as seen in pics. Aside from the new stickers and a good gold chain, the bike is completely stock and strong. Auction will include the $100 bike stand seen in the photos. I also have lots of gear that I will let go for cheap to the winning bidder. AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results
Tue, 21 Feb 2012Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
