1978 Yamaha YZ80E 2-Stroke Vintage that was completely restored in 2007.
This is one incredible classic. Come check her out. This is the first
year for the Monoshock YZ80.
It has low hours on a complete end to end restoration back in 2007 and has only been started and driven around the neighborhood. New Parts Include: • Air filter • Seat cover • Front fender • Side covers • Tires • Chain and Sprockets • Top end .30 over • All new Cables • Bars • Grips • Levers • Throttle Assy. Hubs • Brake Plates • Head • Cylinder If you are from out of state and want to buy the bike you will have to cover all shipping costs and crating fees. I'm not sure what those costs would be so you might want to check into it before you bid. Bike starts and runs great I have owned the bike for 20 years. These bikes were sold untitled in 1978 and I do not have a title for it. 2011 Yamaha Vino Classic Recalled for Drum Brake Issue
Thu, 26 Sep 2013Yamaha is recalling 2011 Vino Classic scooters because of a problem with its brakes. More specifically, the brake shoe linings may separate from the shoe due to a lack of proper adhesion, reducing brake performance and increasing the risk of a crash. The problem can affect both the front and rear drum brakes.

Wed, 30 Jan 2013Today, Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, has announced its U.S. road racing teams to compete in the 2013 GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Racing season, which kicks off in March at the famed Daytona International Speedway. Superbike In the AMA Pro National Guard Superbike division, Yamaha is fielding “Team Josh,” as three-time and defending class champion, Josh Hayes once again teams up with Josh Herrin, the 2012 AMA Rookie of the Year. Despite setting single-season records for the most SuperBike wins, the most consecutive SuperBike wins, and the most SuperBike poles, the elder Josh hasn’t lost any of his competitive fire. During the off-season, Josh signed a two-year contract to stay with Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha because he loves the team and he still feels that he’s got a lot of unfinished business to attend to.

Mon, 15 Jul 2013Jorge Lorenzo posted this picture on his Twitter feed on Sunday. Yamaha's No.1 rider had to watch Sunday's MotoGP from his apartment. Despite Crutchlow reckoning Sunday's race result would have been the same even with Pedrosa and Lorenzo on the grid, I reckon Lorenzo would have had something to say about that.
