THROW BACK MOTO!!! SUPER COOL ORIGINAL FAME AND MOTOR 1976 YZ 250  RESTORED....  HERE IS WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:

1.) SAND BLASTED

2,) POWDERCOAT (Highpoint powder coat) frame, exhaust, front and rear hubs

3.)Motor was completely rebuilt by Don lackey @DLR Cycleworks (gaskets,clutch plates, piston, everything from top to bottom)

4.)Front forks have been completely rebuilt DLR Cycleworks

5.) Gas tank- original tank, blasted and re painted with original 76 graphics (By KPH Paint and body)

6.) Original mono shock

7.) Brand new excel rims, spokes, and tires Installed by DLR Cycleworks

8.) Bike was assembled at Napalm Motorsports in ATX

9.) Front and rear fenders are new

10.) new chain

11.)needs a new sprocket.

This bike turns heads everywhere you go... Super fun to ride... I rode it once since it has been rebuilt...  Only about 200 yards and back..   YOU WANT THIS BIKE.....  SO BID BID BID....  Please email me with any other questions...  GOOD LUCK>>>

Tommy Hayden to Race 2012 Daytona 200 for Graves Yamaha – Video

Tommy Hayden has signed on to race in the 2012 Daytona 200 for the Graves Yamaha team as an replacement for injured rider Garrett Gerloff. Gerloff broke his right femur in the first Daytona Sportbike class practice session for the Daytona 200, leaving Yamaha little time to find a replacement. Hayden had raced for Yamaha before, and those old ties reconnected quickly in time for the season opening race.

Giacomo Agostini Celebrates 70th Birthday with a New 2012 Yamaha T-Max

Racing legend Giacomo Agostini celebrated his 70th birthday at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone this weekend, where he was celebrated by Yamaha. “Ago”, who holds the all-time record for Grand Prix wins (122) and Grand Prix World Championships (15), was feted in a ceremony that also included current Yamaha riders Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies as well as retired racers Loris Capirossi, Phil Read, John Cooper, Angel Nieto, Franco Uncini and Jim Redman, as well as MotoGP promoter Carmelo Ezpeleta and Yamaha Classic Racing Team principal Ferry Brouwer. Yamaha presented Agostini with a one-off T-Max scooter with livery inspired by his 1975 championship-winning YZR500 OW23.

CARB Fines Piaggio, Yamaha, Vance & Hines, Akrapovic for Emissions Violations

The California Air Resources Board issued fines to four motorcycle industry companies last week, including OEMs Piaggio and Yamaha. Aftermarket exhaust manufacturers Vance & Hines and Akrapovic America also received hefty fines. Piaggio Group Americas, Inc.
