Awesome running riding chopper. I built this bike over the past few years. Custom 2" extended 2" drop hard tail with molded super narrow sporty tank. The whole frame is molded and panel painted with ppg single stage white and a custom mix of house of color candy gold and gold flake. One off sissy bar, bars, exhaust, seat. Gold flake and white tuck n roll upholstery. One off electronics and battery box upholstered with white pleats. 23" front spool wheel with new tire. 18" drum brake rear wheel. Tc brothers forward controls. New rebuilt 1975 xs650 engine. Runs great. Starts up first or second kick. Lots of time and money put into this bike I just have a bunch of other projects I need to finish. Clean title in hand and I also have the original engine. serious buyers only. Hayes to Race in Valencia GP for Injured Colin Edwards
Mon, 31 Oct 2011Josh Hayes will make his MotoGP racing debut at the Nov. 6 Valencia Grand Prix in Spain as an injury replacement for fellow American Colin Edwards. Already set to test the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 M1 after the season-ending race, Hayes was a logical choice to ride in Edwards’ place.

Fri, 07 Dec 2012Back in September, Yamaha revealed a special “Race Blu” livery for a the YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and the YZF-R125 for the European market. Yamaha promoted the new color scheme with Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies sporting the colors on their leathers and M1 race bikes at the Misano and Aragon MotoGP rounds. North American consumers were left out, however, getting a Team Yamaha Blue and White version instead for the R1 and R6 (the R125 isn’t offered here either).
Yamaha Donates Star Bolt To True American Heroes Auction Hosted By Kenny Roberts
Tue, 06 May 2014In support of the Yamaha True American Heroes Weekend–the fundraising event taking place this weekend at Kenny Roberts’ legendary ranch in Modesto, California–Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., has donated a 2014 Star Bolt to the Benefit Auction that is a featured event during the weekend. The announcement was made by Bob Starr, General Manager of Communications for Yamaha’s Motorsports Group. Our own Kevin Duke made it out to the event in 2012, where he had the chance to ride with some of the sport’s biggest legends.
