Yamaha XS description

Here is a great running XS650 that is completely stock except for the Handlebars and the ugly king/queen seat. This bike fires right up, accelerates smoothly. Features a brand new rear tire and Battery. The nice thing about a bike that has the cruiser accessories that this bike has, is you know it was not ridden hard. With only a little over 9000 miles on it you know there are plenty of miles left. Enjoy it like it is or make a tracker or cafe out of it. Its a very nice bike that has been taken care of. Will need front seal and wipers. Some scratches on the top of the tank and on the left pipe but nothing you wouldn't expect from a 40 year old bike.

Clear paperwork.

Take a look at the pictures that were just taken, If you need some other shots just let me know.

2022 Yamaha MT-10 SP Review - First Ride

Fri, 18 Nov 2022

The MT-10 steps it up with some help from Öhlins. Credit: Photos by Joseph Agustin | Videos by Ray Gouger, Justin Brayton Let the record show that, despite my best efforts, Yamaha’s MT-10 was not included in either the street or track portions of our mega seven-way open-class naked bike shootouts last year. I fought for its inclusion but was ultimately denied by the Bossman who wrote it off by saying our field was big enough and it wasn’t going to win anyway.

Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer

Mon, 11 Aug 2014

Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.

Andrea Dovizioso Signs with Tech 3 Yamaha for 2012

Tue, 11 Oct 2011

The Tech 3 MotoGP team has reached a one-year agreement with Andrea Dovizioso, signing the Repsol Honda factory rider to take Colin Edwards’ place on the Yamaha satellite team in the 2012 season. Dovizioso will join the Tech 3 Yamaha team after three years with the Repsol Honda team. Despite currently holding onto the third overall spot on the 2011 championship points standings with five podium appearances and 13 top-five finishes in 15 races, Dovizioso found himself the odd man out with Honda which will stick with a two-man factory team of Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa with Marco Simoncelli riding a factory-supported Honda RC212V with the Gresini team.
