Yamaha WR tech info

For Sale ByFor Sale By:Vehicle never had a title

Yamaha WR description

This bike was a hold-over, bought without title in 2011 in South Carolina. I am third owner. (All responsible, changed oil often.) Bought as a buddy bike, could not coordinate with anyone.  It is VERY plush in the woods. Everything works great, love the enduro computer. Have done title search, which revealed no alerts.

Road it in a Mid-east Hare Scramble (Lost Valley) and placed 2nd in 50B.

I welcome inspection of any kind of this great running motorcycle. . that comes with both WR and YZ tail-pipe.

I have a dozen videos on YOUTUBE, search for Doug Johnson channel, WR250FX. Not sure why it is the FX model, but does not have motard wheels. Videos show the machine working flawlessly. Videos were taken last week. I am not sure why Ebay is no longer allowing links in the details section (maybe someone can explain how I can add them for the sake of convenience?).

Vehicle ID is: JYACG3OY88001396

Bike comes with original owners manual, new filters, WR and YZ exhaust, and other things like the tailpipe plug, installed air bleeders for forks, etc.

(This bike is SUPER, DUPER solid. . .a must have quiver bike for any collector.)

Bike was never titled. . so I'm not sure what it would take to put plates on it. Pardon my complete ignorance in this area. . .

Could cooperate to ship. . .bring to shipper, or whatever works, including local pick-up.

On Jun-14-16 at 09:30:39 PDT, seller added the following information:

Bike has PRO TAPER bars. . .which is part of the reason it is plush in the woods. (These bars make a difference.)

Bike has original air filter and air box set-up, but comes with a new one. One might want to update this original air box setup, and that original filter should be replaced with the higher quality filter I purchased.

I think the enduro computer is awesome. . .and wish every bike I rode had this. The speedometer has a digital output. . .which is a jumpy on fast acceleration. It seems accurate, otherwise.

Showdown: 2022 Aprilia Tuareg 660 Vs. Yamaha Tenere 700

Middleweight adventure bikes duke it out on a 2,000 mile tour Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield | Videos by Sean Matic As we motored slaunchways across Utah, the late daylight stretched our shadows and cast golden hues against the tall canyon walls, further accentuating the contrast between the rust colored ancient seabeds peppered with lush green juniper and muted sage. The lavender sky over Bryce faded as we continued westward on Hwy 12. Refusing to pack a second visor for my Shoei Hornet X2, I lifted the dark smoke shield as I led our crew into the dark dense forest, keeping my line of sight just above the Ténéré’s windscreen in an attempt to protect my peepers from the onslaught of kamikaze insects.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Atlanta Results

Mon, 27 Feb 2012

Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak was snapped, KTM scored its second series win and Cole Seely impressed as an injury replacement for Trey Canard as the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship landed in Atlanta, Ga. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.
