Yamaha Virago 750 Low Miles Cruiser Good condition (1997)
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION The Yamaha Virago 750 is one of Yamaha's longest production-running motorcycles It is also known as the XV750 model. The Virago 750 was the mid-range model whose 750 cc engine offers a balance between the other 500 cc and 920 cc Virago models available in the early 1980s. While the lower- and higher-end Virago engine sizes would change slightly through the years, the Virago 750 was a mainstay in the line of cruiser bikes.2013-10-03 22:34:00Winchester, MA, US9,6311.00 -

Yamaha Virago 250 (1995)
First things first: ATTENTION: NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS OR FOLKS WITH 0 FEEDBACK; STOP WASTING REAL BIDDERS' AND MY TIME. FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND, READ, RINSE, REPEAT. Ok, for the rest of you: Low reserve 1995 Yamaha Virago 250, in great running shape, low miles. Purchased in 2008 with 10,180 miles (actual mileage per the title), so I haven't put a lot of miles on it since purchasing. The good: recently painted professionally in the past 2 years (was maroon, now black), replaced gears in the past year for better highway cruising and gas mileage, new chain has less than 200 miles on it, tires are in good shape, brakes work fine, no leaks in fork seals, starts right up, replaced aftermarket crappy turn signal lamps with replacement factory lamps that other motorists can actually see, mirrors also upgraded to versions that actually help the rider see what is behind them, battery recently replaced, recent oil change. The bad: when moving the bike, my friend tried to lift the rear end by the luggage rack; no damage to the rear fender in doing so, but ripped out the nuts securing the rear of the rack from the fender. Over the past few months, the area where the back of the rack is supposed to mount at the fender has accumulated some surface rust at the mount holes, but nothing significant. No damage to the mounting holes otherwise; rear fender is straight and in solid shape. As stated earlier, the brakes work just fine, but could probably use a brake job in the next 6 months or so, just an FYI. Garage kept, but as it was used to begin with, and it was my daily commuter locally, there is the expected light surface rust on a couple of spots; nothing significant. Never dropped since I have owned it, and I did not see any signs indicating as such when I purchased it. Most of the chrome is in great shape overall. It is an excellent starter bike, and has many miles left in it. I hate to get rid of it, because it is excellent in town for errands and such; new gearing gets 70+ MPG. However, it is time to sell. Low reserve, great bike for a beginner rider (like I was when I bought it). The previous owner drilled out the baffle in the exhaust pipe, so has a nice rumbling sound for a 250. Please ask any questions prior to bidding; I have tried to provide as much info as I can think of, but you may have additional questions regarding stuff I didn't cover. If you're local, you can easily ride it home. As I purchased it in Miami, and had to ride it back to Tampa, I advise against a long ride on the interstate, as from my experience, you will have a hard time sitting down for a few days afterwards. If you want it shipped, that's on your end; I would rather you picked it up, but I will be happy to work with you on shipping it; buyer is responsible for making that happen. Good luck finding reasonable, reliable transportation for less that the reserve price. Thanks!2013-09-27 07:39:11Valrico, Florida, US16,495600.00 -

Introducing Motorcycle.com's 2022 Yamaha MT-10 SP Semi Long Term Bike
Tue, 20 Dec 2022Tasteful mods and curvy miles are in store. Credit: Photos by Joseph Agustin (Lead Photo) Long-term test bikes aren’t something we normally do here at Motorcycle.com, but when Yamaha’s PR guy Gerrad Capley said I could take the MT-10 SP home after the press intro, it was an offer that was hard to resist. When I asked him how long I could have it, he basically shrugged his shoulders and winked.
2022 Yamaha MT-10 SP Review - First Ride
Fri, 18 Nov 2022The MT-10 steps it up with some help from Öhlins. Credit: Photos by Joseph Agustin | Videos by Ray Gouger, Justin Brayton Let the record show that, despite my best efforts, Yamaha’s MT-10 was not included in either the street or track portions of our mega seven-way open-class naked bike shootouts last year. I fought for its inclusion but was ultimately denied by the Bossman who wrote it off by saying our field was big enough and it wasn’t going to win anyway.

Yamaha Trademarks Logos for YZF-R9
Thu, 27 Oct 2022Signs point to an EICMA announcement Ever since we first uncovered evidence of a YZF-R7 based on the MT-07, people started to ask when Yamaha would do the same to the MT-09 and release an YZF-R9 sportbike using the same 890cc Crossplane Triple. Ask MO Anything: Should I Buy a New 2022 Yamaha MT-10?
Thu, 06 Oct 2022Is this a trick question? The lavender sky over Bryce faded as we continued westward on Hwy 12. Refusing to pack a second visor for my Shoei Hornet X2, I lifted the dark smoke shield as I led our crew into the dark dense forest, keeping my line of sight just above the Ténéré’s windscreen in an attempt to protect my peepers from the onslaught of kamikaze insects.
