I am selling my very clean, low miles (7,267) Virago. 250 cc engine gets 60mpg and just got front and back new tires last fall. We just did a fresh oil change and it's primed and ready to ride the season or start a beginner practicing. I learned on this cycle and took my test on it and it is perfect for a beginner or commuter bike. Everything works and rides good. Movistar To Be Yamaha MotoGP Title Sponsor For 5-Years
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Finding sponsors for U.S. racing might be next to impossible, but this isn’t the case elsewhere, as Movistar, a telecommunications arm of Spanish company Telefonica, has signed on to be the title sponsor for the Factory Yamaha MotoGP team for the next five years. Short of the 20-year relationship between Honda and Repsol, this comes as one of the more significant sponsorship deals in recent memory.
Yamaha Introduces 2012 V Star 950 and V Star Tourer
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha revealed the first 2012 models from its Star Motorcycles brand of cruisers, the V Star 950 and V Star 950 Tourer. The 2012 V Star 950 (and the more touring-oriented V Star 950 Tourer) is powered by a fuel-injected air-cooled 942cc 60 degree V-Twin engine with a five-speed transmission. Yamaha estimates fuel economy at 47 mpg from the 4.5 gallon tank.
