Classic Clubs that will be located on Championship Row include the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club, Louisville Vintage Motorworks, Café Racer magazine and Bridgestone Motorcycle Club. The Club Corral, across from Championship Row, will include the Indian 4 Cylinder Club, the Kawasaki ZL Owners Association and the Cincinnati Classic British Motorcycle Owners.

Tue, 24 Apr 2012Trawling the internet for a sound clip of the Crossplane Crank Yamaha R1 on full chatter, I came across this: a few fast laps on board with New Zealand Superbike racer Tony Rees as he works the CABS Throttle Blipper on his 2011 R1. (Skip to 7:35 for the fast ones.) CABS is a system used by Superbike teams that makes use of the R1’s digitally controlled throttle. When you change up a gear, the bike blips in the perfect amount of revs to save time on track and make downshifts as quick and easy as clutch-less upshifts.
Chris Peris Joins Yamaha Champions Riding School
Mon, 24 Feb 2014The Yamaha Champions Riding School is going through some changes as it transitions to a new home at New Jersey Motorsports Park. Along with the new scenery comes a new instructor in Chris Peris. The Canadian AMA National winner has signed on and is preparing for the school’s opening class on April 21, 2014.
