Yamaha TT tech info
Yamaha TT description
This is a great condition Yamaha TTR 250 with electric start (newer battery). Tires in great shape and overall in really good shape for 10 years old.... if I didn't know it was a 2006 I would guess a 2012 or so by the condition. I am not a dirt bike expert but run, shifts and drives great. all brakes work as they should. has after market Trail Tech speedometer, tachometer and shifting points. I rode it for about a year, had my fun with it and now time for something else. I have taken lots of pictures but please feel to ask. I can work with a shipper but I travel a lot. The bike will be available for local pickup after August 25th as I will be in and out over the next week or so. I can work with a shipper but prefer local pick up. Regardless of when auction ends full payment due within 48 hours via Paypal for deposit and entire purchase..... This bike also has working aftermarket road kit (but don't think it can be registered street legal). It has working horn, front and rear turn signals, high and low beams etc. It also has aftermarket knuckle protectors (the right ride looks slightly bent) but I have the originals. Ebay made me say it has a title but here in NY there is no title, we have transferable registrations. I sign that and hand it over and your state may issue a title if not in New York but you would have to check. (oh, EBay made me put an odometer reading in but this bike has an odometer for trips and that says 133 but that can be reset of course so I have no idea how many miles are actually on it). The bike will be held in a secure location until the 25th....... Please MAKE ME AN OFFER. Thanks |

Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery
Fri, 17 Jan 2014Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
Yamalube Motor Oil Video is Educational, British, and Brainwashing
Tue, 16 Jun 2009Yamaha Motor Europe have just posted a new video up on Youtube about their Yamalube motor oil and why you should use it on your Yamaha products. They are pretty damn convincing or very good at brainwashing! The video is pretty educational, explaining how motorcycle engines and car engines are very different, what a motorcycle engine really needs, and why Yamalube is very well suited for the job. Various graphs, charts, shots of scientists making oil, and the accented British narrator have further convinced me that I need to get Yamalube and perhaps even be adding it into my morning bowl of cereal.
2012 Yamaha TMax Scooter Unveiled At EICMA
Wed, 09 Nov 2011Not one to rest on its laurels, Yamaha’s sportbike/scooter hybrid, the TMax, was unveiled earlier today at EICMA with a few important upgrades to keep it ahead of the competition. The most apparent change from the previous generation TMax is the redesigned bodywork, which boasts an even more aggressive look while maintaining the classic TMax looks. The distinctive double headlights, enhanced accent lines, and an upwards-swooping LED tail assembly all lend to highlight the TMax’s sporting nature.
