Yamaha TT tech info
Yamaha TT description
I am selling a 2003 Yamaha TTR 90 Dirt Bike/ Pit Bike. It is
very clean bike, starts right up and runs great. It only has minimal scratches, all plastics are intact and overall appearance is good. This could be used a 2'nd step dirt bike for a younger
person or a pit bike to fool around on for and adult, it's better than a 50cc
on speed and power. This TTR 90 has New Knobby Tires, heavier suspension for
bigger adults to ride comfortably (offroad 200+ LBS won't bottom out), also has
large raised handlebars for comfort as well. I bought it originally for my son
but he was scared to ride so i made into an adult pit bike. It is still
suitable for a smaller child but it fits
an adult nicely as well. Much More power and speed than the Honda XR 50! The 90cc can easily push around a large adult with it's 3
speed auto clutch to over 40 MPH.

Is A New Yamaha R1 Coming for 2023?
Mon, 20 Jun 2022FIM approves track-only YZF1000W model A recently updated list of FIM-approved competition vehicles indicates that a new track-only Yamaha YZF-R1 is on the way for the 2023 model year. And if this is true, then we may also expect a significantly updated street legal 2023 R1 too. The International Motorcycling Federation maintains a spreadsheet titled “FIM Recognized Competition Vehicles” that includes approved racing-only models.
Yamaha Files Trademark Application for FJ-09
Mon, 03 Mar 2014Yamaha‘s next three-cylinder motorcycle may be a sport-tourer, if a recently-filed trademark application is any indication. The Tuning Fork brand filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the name “FJ-09” as it applies to “Motorcycles, scooters, three-wheeled scooters and structural parts for all the aforesaid goods.” Following Yamaha’s usual naming conventions, the signs indicate the trademark will be for a new sport-touring model using the same Triple as the FZ-09. Yamaha has made it clear it plans to introduce more three-cylinder engines following the FZ-09 (or MT-09, as it is known in Europe.) Previously-filed trademark applications for the YZF-R3 and R3 names raised speculation the next triple would be a sportbike, but as per Yamaha’s usual naming convention, the “3″ in R3 is likelier to refer to the engine displacement rather than the number of cylinders.
