Yamaha Royal Star description

This is a beautiful bike! I really DON'T want to sell it but we just had twin baby boys and I have no time to ride and my riding partner (my wife) doesn't want to ride now that we have children. So I am selling it so I can get something smaller for me to ride time to time myself when I can. But I can't stand seeing this beautiful bike just sit in my garage.

Chrome, Chrome, and more Chrome!!!

Custom Items include:
  • Bub Pipes with a mean little growl. I packed them a couple of years ago so they aren't ear piercingly loud - but they will let the neighborhood know when you're heading out for a ride.
  • Baron Bullet Tachometer
  • Silver Control panel overlay
  • Custom Clearview Shield windshield with air vent
  • Corbin Seats incredibly comfortable, especially for long trips
  • Light visors
  • Custom Leather Tank Bib and Drink Holders
  • and MORE! Just view the photos to see this incredibly gorgeous bike.
Also includes hitch cargo basket and custom built lift bracket (lift not included)

It needs a new rear shock. I was going to purchase a custom Hagon Shock. They are highly rated and about a third the cost of an OEM shock. Just look up "Hagon Shocks USA" They have EXCELLENT customer service.

I am starting the bidding price according to the blue book value.

If you want an amazing bike - don't let this one get away!

Yamaha Releases “Master of Torque” Anime

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

Yamaha is producing a Japanese anime series called “Master of Torque” to promote its new MT series motorcycles. The four-part series follows three young riders in a fictional version of Tokyo set in a 2017 where everyone seems to ride a Yamaha. The series prominently features the MT-09 (a.k.a.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

Yamaha Champions Riding School August Update

Tue, 05 Aug 2014

Our friends at the Yamaha Champions Riding School have been busy lately. Since moving to New Jersey Motorsports park in April, traffic has steadily risen, with June being sold out and July not far behind. August is very promising with some new ideas (one-day clinics to bring a more economical program to a larger group of riders) being inserted into the mix as well as a normal two-day school at the end of the month, which is already 80% full thanks to the yearly visit from the engineering department of Harley Davidson. Following August YCRS will have two schools the week directly after the AMA Pro races at NJMP.
