1999 Yamaha Royal Star Venture on 2040-motos
Yamaha Royal Star tech info
Yamaha Royal Star description
1999 Yamaha Royal Star Venture. Excellent condition and well maintained/cared for. Runs and rides beautifully. I have all of the parts to reinstall the tour package behind the rear seat, I simply preferred to ride it as shown. Bike does have a rebuilt salvage title, it was backed into while parked in a parking lot and the insurance company didn't want to take a chance on additional repairs. It was purchased back, and repaired for under $1000. This occurred 5 years ago and has been ridden regularly since with no issues. Bike values at a little over $6000, and is priced lower to account for title. Email for additional photos if desired.

Yamaha Champions Riding School August Update
Tue, 05 Aug 2014Our friends at the Yamaha Champions Riding School have been busy lately. Since moving to New Jersey Motorsports park in April, traffic has steadily risen, with June being sold out and July not far behind. August is very promising with some new ideas (one-day clinics to bring a more economical program to a larger group of riders) being inserted into the mix as well as a normal two-day school at the end of the month, which is already 80% full thanks to the yearly visit from the engineering department of Harley Davidson. Following August YCRS will have two schools the week directly after the AMA Pro races at NJMP.

Yamaha plans to cut production for motorcycles and other products by 30 percent in the Americas, 20 percent in Europe but will maintain production levels in Asia where demand has not dropped off. The company is forecasting its group sales to fall 22 percent with an operating loss of about $300 million.
