2006 Yamaha Road Star 1700, This bike was bought off the show room floor and is in new condition. It has braided brake lines, a suicide seat, bologna cut pipes, a wind screen, leather saddle bags, and all of the original parts that go with it. There has only been one owner and no accidents or tickets associated with it. Between work, family, and college I don't have the time or finances to keep this motorcycle and I want it to go to a great owner that will have the time to go and ride it the way its meant to be. As expected, MotoGP organizers have officially lifted the rule barring rookies from racing for factory teams, but the Grand Prix Commission also tweaked some other regulations including a cap on factory prototype machines. Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.
