2002 Yamaha Road Star Silverado 1600, 2002 Yamaha Roadstar Silverado 1600cc/98ci. This is a very clean bike that has been maintained very well. Garage kept since it was bought new. I have installed on it 18" LA Chopper Apes(the most comfortable bars I have rode with) with stainless braided cables, kuryakn iso grips, front and rear fender trim, Baron BAK breather with 98ci teardrop cover, vance & hines longshots, dynojet fuel module, kuryakn floorboards and passenger pegs, engine guard, milled Roadstar shifter linkage, mustang 3 piece touring seat, and luggage rack. I have all of the factory parts for this bike including the windshield and mounts and factory saddle bags. I have a t-bag and roll bag as well. I have not listed everthing. I’ve just got back from Donington Park and the second round of the World Superbike championship. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.

Josh Hayes has won his second consecutive AMA Superbike title, clinching the championship in a tightly contested Race One at the 2011 season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The lead changed hands several times before Hayes emerged with the win, his third of the season. The Monster Energy Graves Yamaha R1 rider was consistent all season, finishing with three wins and 12 podium finishes in 14 races, and finishing fourth in the two times he missed the podium.

Tommy Aquino Dies in Motocross Accident

California racer Tommy Aquino has died after a crash involving another rider at Piru Ranch MX in Piru, Calif. According to the Ventura County Star, the 21-year-old professional racer died in a head-on collision shortly before 12:30 pm on Feb. 2.
