Yamaha Other description
I have a yamaha warrior 350cc that has the six gear transmission with reverse. The quad has a new battery and starter solinoid put on about a week and a half ago. The quad is not in perfect condition but is well worth what im asking. It has a rip in the seaty but the previous owner decided to just duct tape the whole seat, the back brakes need bled (only front work at the moment), and it smokes on warm up. Once the quad is warm it dont smoke a bit, its just while its warming up. Has never effected it running or anything, has been this way for a while. I just changed the oil in it as well when i did the battery and solinoid. Has ITP aftermarket tires on it as well. If you have any questions or anything give me a call or text at. Name is dustin. Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery
Fri, 17 Jan 2014Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
Frog eBike – the Electric Successor to 1985 Frog FZ750 Concept
Tue, 03 Apr 2012San Francisco-based Frog Design released images of a new electric motorcycle concept, just as its influential Yamaha FZ750-based Rana concept gets enshrined at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Frog designer Jin Soek Hwang prepared the Frog eBike concept as an expression of how electric motor technology can influence motorcycle design. In a post on Frog’s blog, the designer says he was inspired in part by Frog’s 1985 FZ750 Rana concept (pictured after the jump).
Round 1 Of GEICO Superbike Shootout Is This Weekend
Tue, 22 Apr 2014Round One of the GEICO Superbike Shootout kicks off with the Yamaha SoCal Nationals this weekend at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. The event is the first of a three-race series that will crown overall champions in two individual race classes: Pro Superbike and Dynojet Pro Sportbike. The Superbike Shootout is a three-race series meant to fill the long void in the AMA Pro Roadracing schedule between round one at Daytona and the second round at Road America.
