I'm selling my 2012 Yamaha R6, it is basically brand new. Just turned 6,zero miles. Only performance mod is a megaphone exhaust. Cosmetic mods are flush mount blinkers, aftermarket tail light, mirror tinted windscreen, frame sliders, and misc small things. The bike is beautiful, sounds mean and runs flawlessly. Not to mention its power, only one sec slower in the 1/four mile than the 2012 R1! I will be entertained by any trades worth or value. When Yamaha unveiled its 50th anniversary edition red and white livery for its M1 MotoGP machines in May, one question came immediately to mind: when can we get the special edition R1? The red and white design was created to celebrate Yamaha‘s 50th year in Grand Prix racing. Yamaha factory racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies debuted the livery at the Assen round in June, which saw the American Spies nab his first a career MotoGP win.

Sherco rider Alain Duclos took today’s stage, eight years after his first win in Bamako. With three top five finishes this year Duclos has proven his own increased competitiveness as well as that of the Sherco 450 Rally bike he’s aboard. In more tragic news, the body of Belgian rider, Eric Palante was found Friday morning on a part of the fifth stage route that riders completed on Thursday.

Tommy Hayden to Race 2012 Daytona 200 for Graves Yamaha – Video

Tommy Hayden has signed on to race in the 2012 Daytona 200 for the Graves Yamaha team as an replacement for injured rider Garrett Gerloff. Gerloff broke his right femur in the first Daytona Sportbike class practice session for the Daytona 200, leaving Yamaha little time to find a replacement. Hayden had raced for Yamaha before, and those old ties reconnected quickly in time for the season opening race.
