2009 Blk/Yellow Yahmaha R1. Selling my baby. She's not even broke in - just over 2k miles. Has after market exhaust, cross-plane engine with the built in mode selection for different throttle mappings. A mode rocks! select normal or B for a less aggressive throttle. Very cool feature. Less than 2300mis. $1000 after-market exhaust, integrated rear turn single light $150, flush-mount front signals, plate illumination light, custom brake fluid reservoir Yamaha cover, and smoked windscreen. Selling due to other obligations. Has scuff near seat where trickle charger plugin melted causing a mark. Nothing serious and is reflected in the price. Mileage will increase as I ride year-round. Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.

2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 Dual Sports Announced

Yamaha unveiled a pair of 2012 dual sport models, the Yamaha XT250 and the Yamaha TW200. Both the 2012 Yamaha XT250 and TW200 remain unchanged from the 2011 versions except for a new white and blue color scheme and white front fenders instead of last year’s black fenders. The XT250 is powered by an air-cooled 249cc four-stroke engine with a 33mm carburetor.

With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.
