2011 World Supersport Champion Chaz Davies

Chaz Davies has captured the 2011 Supersport World Championship, completing a triumphant return to the series for Yamaha. Davies, the 2008 Daytona 200 winner, finished the Magny-Cours round in sixth place, giving him an insurmountable 35-point lead over Hannspree Ten Kate Honda‘s Fabien Foret with one race remaining. The championship comes in Yamaha‘s return from a one-year absence from the series.

If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. Yamaha’s Pro Superbike duo and pair of Pro Sportbike riders will have already completed their morning practice sessions on the 21-turn, 2.36-mile road course at Auto Club Speedway, so the Fast Four will be ready to share insights about their fast lines around the racetrack and answer any other questions you might have.
