I am selling my 2007 yamaha r6. The bike is candy red and has a clear title. The mileage is very low 4,975. It has never been down and the Tags are good until august 2014. Just put new Metzler M3 tires in front and rear. I have also recently installed full taylor made exhaust system, no mod frame sliders, and flush mount turn signals. I have receipts to show mods were done in the last 3 mnths. Bike also has battery tender hook up. Battery tender, stand, and all factory parts will go with bike. I also have an almost new Shoei lid that I will include with sale if wanted. Bike is in exceptional condition, you will not be disappointed. Test rides with cash in hand only. Yamaha Champions Riding School Garage Sale This Weekend
Tue, 03 Dec 2013As a former student, and later instructor, at the Yamaha Champions Riding School, it pained me to learn that the program has ceased operation. However, the school’s loss could be your gain, as Miller Motorsports Park will be holding a garage sale this weekend to move many of the assets from the school — yes, that includes motorcycles. The sale will be held this Saturday, December 7, in Team Garage 1004 at Miller Motorsports Park.
Bruce Willis’ 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway Up for Auction
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The second of five motorcycles from the private collection of actor Bruce Willis has gone up for auction to raise funds for the non-profit military support group The Boot Campaign. Bidding is now open on CharityBuzz.com for the “Die Hard” star’s 1988 Yamaha TW200 Trailway. It follows Willis’ 2005 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS which sold for auction for $6,250, just a few hundred dollars higher than its list price in Kelley Blue Book.
New Photos and Video of Yamaha PES1 Electric Concept
Wed, 20 Nov 2013Yamaha has released additional images and a video of its new PES1 electric motorcycle for the concept’s debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new photographs, shot at Yamaha’s display at the Tokyo show, show more details about the PES1 concept, which Yamaha first announced earlier this month. The PES1 shares the same electric DC brushless motor, lithium-ion battery and monocoque frame as the PED1 concept which also took its bow in Tokyo.
