Yamaha Other description

Ive got a 2007 fz1, which is the same thing as an R1 just a factory naked bike. Has a power commander with mild tune, 2 sets of sprockets. This bike is stupid fast and Im just looking to get back into a mustang. Has a clean Kentucky title, showing 18k miles but it has been geared down for the last year and a half. The bad had custom subframe built for it and the back of the tail was cut out so has different tail light, tail section has had the handles torn off, clear is peeling off the tank, and I went down on it about a month ago and it needs both drivers pegs and front brake lever. Still runs and rides just fine and is very violent. Will sell or trade. Looking for foxbody mustang, 86-93 or 99-04. If its not a stick Im looking for a built auto. Also interested in trading for bagged vehicles. I dont expect anything perfect as my bike is not perfect. But its still a clear title 2007 1000cc bike that runs and ridea great and is stupid fast. Yamaha will give a third wheel to its scooter

Sun, 05 May 2019

The Japanese did not have enough unusual Niken bikes so they patented the design of a new 3-wheeler scooter. The device will probably be called the Tricity 300 and will presumably be powered by a 292cc engine from the 28hp XMax 300 maxi-scooter. We're looking forward to the debut of the production version at the end of the year at EICMA.

Recall for 2011 Yamaha FJR1300

Mon, 11 Jul 2011

Yamaha is initiating a recall campaign the 2011 FJR1300, just a week after a separate recall for the 2006-2009 versions of the sport touring motorcycle. Like the earlier campaign, the recall for the 2011 Yamaha FJR1300 is for an electrical issue,  this time for the brake lights. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, brake light on affected units may not illuminate when the front brake lever is applied because the activating mechanism in the brake switch can bind.

2022 Yamaha XSR900 Review - First Ride

Wed, 25 May 2022

The sportiest Sport Heritage Credit: Photos by Adam Campbell | Videos by Sean Matic Some of us were a bit surprised when Yamaha’s newly overhauled 2021 MT-09 snagged first place in last summer’s 900cc(ish) Naked Bike Comparison, against such more-expensive heavy hitters as the new Ducati Monster and KTM Duke 890. And all of us were a little surprised when the XSR900 defeated Indian FTRs 1200 and 1200S, and the now-defunct Monster 1200S, in an only slightly unfair 2019 comparo. (Slightly unfair because our test route was really nothing but tight, twisty roads.) Now, the 2022 XSR900 is newly overhauled just as last year’s MT-09 was, using all the same parts from the waist down, including the new super-sized 890 cc version of that most excellent CP3 three-cylinder and all its electronic controls.
