We make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles.  That being said, there is no warranty offered or implied and all purchases are as is.  If you are local, please contact us, either through eBay or at 586-463-7278, and set up a time to come by and inspect the bike in person.  If you are not, we encourage you to ask detailed questions.  We would be happy to provide you with extra pictures of specific areas of the bike upon request. 

We are a licensed dealer in the state of Michigan.  All purchases in the state of Michigan will have a $15.00 title fee and a registration fee that is based on their month of birth added to the final bid.  All purchases will have a 6% sales tax added.  If your state charges more or less than 6% sales tax, the difference will be settled at your local DMV when you register your vehicle. 

If you need this bike shipped, please contact us prior to bidding to get shipping costs and arrangements worked out.  If you already have a shipper that you use, we will gladly assist with shipment in any way that we can.
