2005 YAMAHA XVS1100 V-STAR CLASSIC, UP FOR SALE IS A VERY CLEAN 2005 YAMAHA XVS1100 CLASSIC MODEL. THE PAINT IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION WITH A FEW CHIPS AND SCRATCHES. THE CHROME SHINES. THE SPOKE WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT AND THE TIRES ARE STILL IN GOOD USABLE CONDITION. VERY LOW MILES OF ONLY 6,644 ON THIS BIKE. THIS IS A GREAT MID SIZE CRUISER. ALSO HAS A SHIFT DRIVE. NO CHAIN TO MESS WITH OR GET LUBE ALL OVER THE REAR WHEEL. THIS BIKE CAME TO US WITH SOME DAMAGE. WE HAVE REPAIRED OR REPLACED THE PARTS THAT HAD DAMAGE. Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.
