2005 YAMAHA XVS1100 V-STAR CLASSIC, UP FOR SALE IS A VERY CLEAN 2005 YAMAHA XVS1100 CLASSIC MODEL. THE PAINT IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION WITH A FEW CHIPS AND SCRATCHES. THE CHROME SHINES. THE SPOKE WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT AND THE TIRES ARE STILL IN GOOD USABLE CONDITION. VERY LOW MILES OF ONLY 6,644 ON THIS BIKE. THIS IS A GREAT MID SIZE CRUISER. ALSO HAS A SHIFT DRIVE. NO CHAIN TO MESS WITH OR GET LUBE ALL OVER THE REAR WHEEL. THIS BIKE CAME TO US WITH SOME DAMAGE. WE HAVE REPAIRED OR REPLACED THE PARTS THAT HAD DAMAGE. THE MOTORCYCLE COMES WITH A CALIFORNIA SALVAGE CERTIFICATE AND CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL VIN NUMBER INSPECTION. THIS IS A NICE LOOKING LOW MILE BIKE FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE. Mon, 04 Jun 2012Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.
NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
Yamaha Reports Q2 2012 Results
Thu, 09 Aug 2012Yamaha has lowered its 2012 year-end sales forecast by 14.3% after reporting disappointing first half results. The Japanese manufacturer reported a profit of 14.5 billion yen (US$184.3 million), a 49.8% decrease from a profit of 29 billion yen reported in the first half of 2011. According to the company’s financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, Yamaha‘s net sales totaled 632.2 billion yen (US$8.04 billion), a 4.6% decrease from net sales of 663.1 billion yen reported in the same quarter of 2011.
