I have a 99 Yamaha YZ250 for sale. It has exactly two hours on completely new engine and transmission. New meaning crank, rod and piston. Cylinder has been ported and engine was professionally built. It has a Chrome Bills Headpipe and FMF shorty silencer. It has had the forks redone by RaceTech Suspension where they installed the gold valves new seals bushings oil etc. I have a lof of extra parts that go with this bike. It has new Boyeson side covers on engine along with new radiator guards, new chain and sprockets and new rear tire. Has Pro Taper bars with ASV Fold Back Levers. New brakes front and rear. It will come with parts as follows. Extra wheels and tires one new front tire never mounted, new brake pads, new boyeson carbon fiber reeds, new chain and extra renthal sprockets, JT sprockets front sprocket new in package. New in package from yamaha extra transmission gears, bearings, intermediate shaft, original engine side covers, new gripper seat cover. Extra coil, Klotz two stroke oil, No Toil Air Filter kit along with new air filter, two center jacks one is a new KTM stand and anything else I have that deals with a dirt bike. Super fast and superior throttle response it will stand up in five gears if you want it to. Fun to ride and will run beside a KTM 450 SXF. The reason I need to sell this bike is because my back cannot take dirt bike riding anymore my spine needs to be operated on. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this bike. It has not been ridden in Id say 4 mons or maybe longer. Was rode one time after the engine was totally rebuilt and then put up got hurt from riding a quad. Mark Miller To Ride For Vercarmoto In 2014 TT Zero

After finishing in fifth place with Chris McGahan in the SES TT Zero in 2013, Italian based Team Vercarmoto, who made their debut in the event in 2012, has announced that American Mark Miller will ride for them in the 2014 race. American Miller is seen as a specialist in the category and boasts a respectable track record in the Isle of Man TT Zero class with the runner up position in 2011 and 3rd place in 2012 to go with his 2010 race victory. The American is also one of only three riders to break the prestigious 100mph mark around the iconic 37.73 mile TT Mountain Course on an electric bike, a feat he achieved in the 2012 race.

Yamaha, Honda Donate to Thailand Flood Relief Efforts

Honda and Yamaha announced relief aid for the people of Thailand affected by severe flooding that has swamped large parts of the country since late July. Yamaha and its Thai subsidiaries are donating a relief package worth about 30 million yen (US$390,000) including 3,000 life jackets. Yamaha is evaluating what items to provide including outboard motors.
