Yamaha Other description

I have a 1997 Yamaha Vmax for sale. Asking $4750 OBO. It currently has 19k miles. It is very fast. NOT a beginner bike. This bike is 1 you better buckle up for. A true wolf in sheep's clothing. It is a comfortable cruiser with a severe anger management issue. It has Supertrap exhaust and Stage one carb kit, drag bars, drilled rotors. Newer tires front and back. The rims were originally black. They were stripped and polished. Hi way foot pegs to keep you comfortable on long rides. This bike has been gone thru. Several new parts. Fuel pump, intake boots(all) have been changed. New battery and chrome reservoir covers. It is very fast and loud. The Yamaha Vmax has been out since 1985 and has always been the muscle bike to have. It was named fastest production bike for many years. It has 1200cc's of pure power. If you aren't familiar with these bikes, you should look them up. Very fast, very comfortable and VERY affordable considering the ridiculous amount of bike for the money.Clean AZ title in my name. Call, email or text Al for more details. 602.999.XXXXNo test rides without money in hand. MY HAND.. Serious buyers only. MAY CONSIDER TRADES. SERIOUS OFFERS WITH PICS ONLY. No services. No Boats. Kenny Roberts Joins Inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo

Fri, 06 Sep 2013

We’ve posted several articles over the past few months about the inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo (AIME) because the motorcycling public is invited to attend what looks like an industry/trade show. And we’re not the only ones excited to check it out. Kenny Roberts, perhaps the best-known American motorcycle racer of all time, has signed on to the AIME show as “American International Motorcycle Champion.” In this role, Roberts will serve as the proverbial face of AIMExpo, joining in the celebration of the inaugural show with the entire powersports marketplace – industry, trade, media and consumers.

Yamalube Motor Oil Video is Educational, British, and Brainwashing

Tue, 16 Jun 2009

Yamaha Motor Europe have just posted a new video up on Youtube about their Yamalube motor oil and why you should use it on your Yamaha products.  They are pretty damn convincing or very good at brainwashing! The video is pretty educational, explaining how motorcycle engines and car engines are very different, what a motorcycle engine really needs, and why Yamalube is very well suited for the job. Various graphs, charts, shots of scientists making oil, and the accented British narrator have further convinced me that I need to get Yamalube and perhaps even be adding it into my morning bowl of cereal.

Charges Laid Against Suspect for 185 mph Yamaha R1 YouTube Video

Fri, 13 Jul 2012

Remember that video on YouTube about the rider going 185 mph on a highway in Canada? The video went viral and eventually led to the seizure of a Yamaha R1 and $1,449 (Canadian) in traffic tickets issued to its owner. In April, police in Saanich, British Columbia believed they had enough evidence to seize the R1 and issued tickets to the registered owner for speeding, operating without due care and attention, and operating without insurance.
