Bike is in pieces as you can see from the pictures. I raced the bike for 3 seasons and took it apart to do a recommended valve job. I moved and got out of racing all together. I purchased a separate 600 engine that bolts right in, but never had the time to complete the project. Everything you see in picture is included, including rear stand. 600 engine has never been opened to elements and was from a running bike when purchased a few years ago. The original wiring harness in still intact, but I do not have the original body work or the lights to make it street legal. Intermot 2012: 2013 Yamaha FZ8 Announced
Tue, 02 Oct 2012Along with the announcement of the updated 2013 FJR1300A, Yamaha also announced that its naked middleweight roadster, the FZ8, has received a handful of updates for 2013. Key among the modest improvements is revised EFI programming for smoother, snappier throttle response, and front suspension is now full adjustability. The fork has new preload and rebound adjustments atop the fork legs, while a new compression damping adjuster is located at the bottom of the fork.

Stoner to Miss Brno for Surgery – Title Defence Likely Over
Thu, 23 Aug 2012Casey Stoner has withdrawn from the Brno, Czech Republic MotoGP round to undergo surgery on his injured ankle. Trailing Yamaha‘s Jorge Lorenzo by 39 points and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa by 21 points with seven rounds to go, Stoner’s hopes of repeating as MotoGP champion before retiring at the end of the season are all but dashed. The Repsol Honda rider injured his ankle in a high side crash in last weekend’s Indianapolis Grand Prix.
