1987 Yamaha Venture,  new battery, 4 brush starter, seat is in excellent condition, braided steel lines for both front brakes and clutch, Vmax final drive, aftermarket pipes, 83 tail frame and bags. Rebuilt title from plastic damage. I've ridden it for the last 3 summers as you see it now. Had 29316 when I got it, has 43032 now.  With the weight loss, pipes, and Vmax final drive she runs like a scalded dog.  New Progressive fork springs 4/2013

Kenny Roberts Joins Inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo

We’ve posted several articles over the past few months about the inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo (AIME) because the motorcycling public is invited to attend what looks like an industry/trade show. And we’re not the only ones excited to check it out. Kenny Roberts, perhaps the best-known American motorcycle racer of all time, has signed on to the AIME show as “American International Motorcycle Champion.” In this role, Roberts will serve as the proverbial face of AIMExpo, joining in the celebration of the inaugural show with the entire powersports marketplace – industry, trade, media and consumers.

For two months, the mechanics managed to turn the "ugly duckling" born in 1989 into a masterpiece. A new subframe and seat were made for the motorcycle, a Renthal handlebar and branded CRD controls were installed. The engine has been completely restored, the crankcase covers are sanded and varnished.
