Very clean 1984 Yamaha RZ350 Kenny Roberts special.  7784 original miles (may be higher at end of auction, I do take it out to keep it healthy).  Fresh tires, brake fluid flushed and replaced, new battery, both fork seals replaced and forks cleaned and serviced, coolant system flushed, oil changed, fuel tank cleaned and sealed, carburetors disassembled and cleaned, etc.  Basically a front to back by my local Yamaha dealer, done in the past 60 days. Tons of fun to ride and definitely an eye catcher.  Also has Toomey exhausts, although I have the stock ones as well as a decent amount of spare parts, spare keys, and an original maintenance manual.  Comes with a new battery tender.  Fresh PA inspection, too.  It is 30 years old, so it's got a few small dings on the tank, please look at the photos but it's about as good as possible for this really cool bike.  A very nice RZ close to my location (with 2100 miles) just sold for $8150, so the buy it now makes this a bargain.

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Charges Laid Against Suspect for 185 mph Yamaha R1 YouTube Video

Remember that video on YouTube about the rider going 185 mph on a highway in Canada? The video went viral and eventually led to the seizure of a Yamaha R1 and $1,449 (Canadian) in traffic tickets issued to its owner. In April, police in Saanich, British Columbia believed they had enough evidence to seize the R1 and issued tickets to the registered owner for speeding, operating without due care and attention, and operating without insurance.
