Yamaha Other description

This RZ350 is the Kenny Roberts Edition with the yellow, black and white paint. The US banned two stroke street bikes after 1984 so this is one of the last legally imported two stroke bikes sold in the US. The bike is a great everyday rider. I had the top and bottom end rebuilt about 1500 miles ago so it runs great and is fast! New crank, and pistons. It has very nice dent-free aftermarket pipes, a fork stabilizer, and is ready to rip.

I have a video of the bike running I can send you upon request. It is not a trailer queen and has its little flaws, but you can take this bike out and have a lot of fun with it, and answer lots of questions like "What the heck is that?!!!" Trust me, you'll get a lot of attention when you take this bike out on the streets. :)

Thanks for looking!

Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead

Thu, 16 Jan 2014

Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.

Teaser: 2012 Japanese Literbike Shootout – Video

Thu, 29 Mar 2012

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
