Yamaha Other description

30 plus year old motorcycle has some light rust and graphics are not mint but bike is the rare Kenny Roberts color. Mechanically sound with minor adjustments to new clutch. I have over $6,000.00 into it and need to part with it even though it as wicked as my R1. A thrill to ride! Les than 50 miles on new rebuild engine. Top and Bottom end. Had ducat dry clutch, which I will include with purchase, had shop set back to original wet clutch. Craco Racing of Van Nuys did the rebuilt with new power reaves and boots for carb. Please ask question if you intend to purchase bike. Someone is going to get a great deal on a vintage two stock monster with Teleflex full faring and solo set.

Pipewerx's new Slash Cut slip-ons

Fri, 16 Sep 2011

Pipe Werx, the British performance motorcycle exhaust company, has added a new product to its range – the Slash Cut Trim. Priced at only £79.95, delivered, the Slash Cut Trim easily bolts on with its supplied mounting clamp and spring to the catalytic converter in place of the heavy standard exit pipes on Yamaha’s R6 (2006-2011) and Suzuki’s GSX-R600/750 (K8, K9, L0). With the main aim of reducing weight and improving aesthetics on these machines, the Slash Cut Trim does give a marginal increase of throttle response and exhaust note.
