Yamaha Other description

 Yamaha MX 175 has new fenders,bars and grips. Tank has dent and repair but is pretty clean inside. seat has rips and repairs. I have the material but did not recover. Wheels are straight with minor surface rust. Missing muffler insert.(see pics) Bike starts and runs great through all the gears. No title will provide a bill of sale.

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

With the two test riders coming forward to act as replacement riders for the injured Rossi and Aoyama, it brought back memories of the days when the grid would be gifted with wildcard riders from the respective countries. The Japanese rounds were always attended by some of the top guys with experience of the 500GP and MotoGP bikes, through racing them in their domestic championships. What resulted was getting to witness the exciting and talented Japanese riders, and bring new riders to the attention of the teams.
