1975 Yamaha MX250
A true vintage racer, this MX250 is a one-owner bike from Sturgis, South Dakota. Bike had excellent compression, good tires and excellent cosmetics! A great bike for any vintage racer or collector.

Gypsie Vintage Cycle is one of the premier motorcycle restoration companies in the country. The motorcycles we restore and resell range in age from twenty to fifty years old. We are in the business of restoration not re-manufacturing. You are buying an old motorcycle that has been thoroughly gone through and re-conditioned. Unless otherwise stated the original motor, transmission, and drive train have been checked and found to be within acceptable tolerance considering the age and mileage on the motorcycle. Our prices reflect the level of workmanship we put into each one of our bikes, so if you are looking for a bargain, check craigslist. In what’s become an annual tradition, Yamaha Motor USA has released a new video featuring its MotoGP stars as they stopped by California for the U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca. In the latest video, Yamaha factory riders Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies, and Monster Tech 3 satellite riders Colin Edwards and Cal Crutchlow are joined by Yamaha legends and champions Eddie Lawson, Wayne Rainey, and Kenny Roberts.

Police Catch Up with Motorcycle Doing 185 mph in YouTube Video

Authorities in British Columbia, Canada, have impounded a 2006 Yamaha R1 believed to have starred in a YouTube video reaching speeds of 299 kph (185 mph) on a freeway. The onboard video, embedded after the jump, captures the Yamaha weaving through traffic, and often lane-splitting between other vehicles, covering a 4.67 mile stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway in about a minute and 56 seconds. That translates to an average speed of 144.6 mph.

Scott Russell Returning To Yamaha Champions Riding School Next Week

This just in from the Yamaha Champions Riding School: the Champ is back! As many of you know, Scott fell off a dirtbike and tumbled around long enough to hurt himself back in July. But he just called and drawled, “I’ll be back for the school as soon as I’m able to ride…let’s fill it up and have some fun!”  With the final round of the AMA SuperBike series coming to New Jersey Motorsports Park this weekend, it’s a perfect time for Mr.
