1974 Yamaha MX 175. Bike comes with a bill of sale. This bike will need to have a new piston and ring set or go over size on the pistons-I have bought a new gasket kit that will go with the someone road the bike on straight gas and cause the piston to lock up. bike has a new seat cover new front plate and the front tire look all most new and back tire looks great. Would be a great bike for the grand children or you self; would love to finish the bike but I have two many projects on the table. Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT Race 1 Results
Mon, 04 Jun 2012Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results
Mon, 02 Jun 2014Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.
Wayne Rainey Visits Yamaha Racing HQ
Thu, 08 Sep 2011Racing legend and three-time 500cc Grand Prix Champion Wayne Rainey paid a visit to Yamaha Motor Racing’s headquarters just outside of Milan, Italy. The 1990-1992 World Champion met with employees of Yamaha Racing, Yamaha Motor Italy and Yamaha Motor RD Europe and officially opened a new boardroom named in his honor. Rainey, along with current Yamaha factory MotoGP racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies, took time to take photographs and sign autographs with the Yamaha staff.
